Account

Click Get started free in the top navigation or on the homepage. Fill in your name, email, and a password. You'll be logged in immediately — no email confirmation required to start browsing.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Profile to update your name, avatar, bio, and email address. Changes take effect immediately.

Contact us via the contact form with a brief description of what you'd like to teach. We review instructor applications within 2–3 business days and will upgrade your account role.

Courses

Open any course page and click the Enroll button. For free courses, enrollment is instant. For paid courses, you'll go through a checkout flow first. Once enrolled, the course appears in your dashboard.

Yes. Once enrolled, you have unlimited access to all lessons in that course — including any future updates the instructor makes.

Video lessons stream from the platform. Offline video playback is not currently supported, though downloadable resources (PDFs, files) attached to lessons are available for offline use.

Inside the lesson player, click Mark complete in the top bar. You can also press the C key as a shortcut. Progress updates immediately and auto-advances to the next lesson after 5 seconds.

Certificates

Your certificate is issued automatically as soon as you complete all lessons in a course. A banner will appear in the lesson player — click Get certificate to generate your PDF immediately.

Every certificate includes a unique verification code and a public verification URL. Anyone can visit our verify page, enter the code, and confirm the certificate is genuine.

Yes. All your certificates are always available from Dashboard → Certificates. You can re-download the PDF as many times as you need.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods vary by region. All transactions are processed securely.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for paid courses if you haven't completed more than 20% of the content. Contact us through the support form with your order details.

Technical

The platform works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Try these steps: (1) refresh the page, (2) disable any ad-blockers or VPNs, (3) try a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support with the course and lesson name.
