01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current account information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for extended periods.

03Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content without permission
• Use automated systems to interact with the Platform without our consent

04Courses & Content

Upon enrolling in a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to share, distribute, resell, or sublicense course materials.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any course content. Instructors are responsible for the content they publish.

05Payments & Refunds

Certain courses require payment. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

We offer a 30-day refund for paid courses, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

06Certificates

Certificates are issued upon completion of a course and attest to your completion of that specific course content. They are not accredited academic credentials unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if a learner's account is found to have engaged in academic dishonesty.

07Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, and all non-user-generated content are the property of LMS Platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Instructors retain ownership of their original course content but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content through the Platform.

08Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

09Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use course content ends, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
