Certificates

Issue, customise, and verify certificates.

1Modules page → Certificate card → Layouts.

2Pick a design, customise colours and text fields, preview, save.

1Modules page → Certificate card → drag & drop a PNG/JPG → Upload & go to editor.

2In the Template Editor, drag field chips (Learner Name, Course Title, Date, Instructor, Cert ID) onto the image.

3Click a placed field to adjust font size, colour, and bold weight.

4Click Save layout then Download sample PDF to verify placement.

Recommended image: PNG, 1123 × 794 px (A4 landscape). Leave blank space where fields will appear. Max 10 MB.

1Certificate is issued automatically when a learner completes all lessons and meets the pass threshold.

2Learner downloads it from My Certificates.

1Visit /certificates/verify/<code>/ or scan the QR code printed on the certificate.
